Plasti-Mak was founded in 1968 to manufacture plastic injection machines and injection moulds and commenced to produce high quality, but a limited range of  hand-tools with Cer-Pa Norm brand in 1985. During the 1990s, with the expansion of product assortments become one of the leading hand-tools manufacturer in Turkey. The  production assortments currently comprise 565 references in 4 different product lines.

Cer-Pa Norm has an integrated plant with 3500m2 covered area and 5 million unit annual capacity. Cer-Pa Norm has insisted on the principles of sincerity, innovation and high quality with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. 40 percent of the production is exported to the Middle East, Balkans and Russia.
