Product Warranty

Cer-pa Norm guarantees that any breakage and damage in our products casused by fault in production methods and materials will be replaced or repaired or fully refunded after its inspection by Cer-Pa Norm's  customer service. A detailed inspection report for the damaged product in question will be provided. This guarantee will be null and void if the tool is misused.
