Quality Management

The production of any high-quality and durable products requires a detailed understanding of manufacturing process and well-trained, highly qualified and quality oriented workforce. Cer-Pa Norm has designed its quality procedure in line with the principles of Total Quality Control.

For ensuring the quality of Cer-Pa Norm hand-tools, each stage of production was attentively studied and the basic parameters for quality were determined by Cer-Pa Norm’s engineers in accordance with professional requirements, customer needs and expectations.

Cer-Pa Norm's quality philosophy is that quality can not be added once a product was produced. Quality must be produced. Therefor, Cer-Pa Norm's workforce is responsible for the quality of their production so that a full quality control is performed in each stage of production.

This enables Cer-Pa Norm to produce hand tools with almost zero-defect. Ensuring the quality of hand-tools, Cer-Pa Norm’s  engineers and production teams regularly meet to discuss quality problems and set production and quality targets. As a result, each stage of production is also closely coordinated.

The engineers from the  production and design department also organize meetings with the customer services to remedy consumer requests and complaints.

For the application of quality procedure, our workforce is given training on quality and quality assurance system on a regular bases. So, the production of high quality hand-tools is a not a myth, but a reality in Cer-Pa Norm.
